Daniel R. "Meach" Meachum, Esquire
"Meach", founder of Daniel R. Meachum & Associates, LLC, has over twenty years experience concentrating in complex litigation, premises liability, products liability, construction / design defect, labor and employment law, sports & entertainment law, commercial transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and residential & commercial real estate.
He has successfully tried 122 out of 126 major jury trials and arbitrations. He has substantial corporate business experience having served as General Counsel for a New York entertainment company specializing in TV programming and international sports promotion and also as General Counsel for a major Atlanta, GA food, beverage, and airport concessions company. Meach has also represented governmental agencies defending municipal lawsuits.
Meach graduated from North Carolina Central University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and with a Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law in 1981. He also studied at the University of Brussels, Belgium - International School of Law and is an LLM Candidate in International Comparative Law.
His bar admissions include Georgia Superior Court, Pennsylvania Supreme Court, US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit of Appeals. Meach is also a member of various associations and committees and has received a host of awards.
